Sulla rettificatrice Samputensili mod. S 380 GP vengono montati due mandrini portamola gestiti dal Controllo Numerico con due assi distinti. Si possono così rettificare due ingranaggi diversi con uno stesso ciclo o su ognuno usare due tipi di mola, una per sgrossare ed una per finire. In questo caso specifico si usano mole di forma di piccolo diametro.

It's possible, with this layout, grind two different gears during the same cycle by two different grinding wheels or to work with a roughing pass and a finish pass the same gear.
